Widely considered as the "Wagyu of Pork", Iberico Secreto is a thin cut of meat hidden around the neck area, between the shoulder blade and loin of an Iberian Pig (Spain's finest).
The cut is highly marbled, a unique attribute in pork. This helps it accentuate its flavor with each bite.
Black Iberian Pigs are the gold standard in pig breeds from Spain. These can only be found in the Western regions of Spain. The unique environment plus the special diet of mostly acorns gives it its unique flavor.
Quality and authenticity are well preserved as all Iberian pork require certifications.
